Our experience in retrieving BoM weather and climate data in relation to GRDC projects

Abstract: It has been on the agenda of the Biometry Hub for some time to incorporate the weather and climate data into our modelling of agronomic and plant breeding field trials. With this in mind, we have recently had a good look at what is available from the Bureau of Meteorology for sites with known GPS. In this talk , we briefly share our experience and inform the audience about the availability of data of various kinds and restrictions on their retrieval.
