Transforming culture update

The University of Adelaide is committed to transforming our culture, and ensuring that our community are supported to work, study and volunteer in a safe environment. The Transforming Culture team has been created to guide the implementation of the 22 recommendations provided by KPMG (Independent, external group which built upon the recommendations made by ICAC). The Transforming Culture team would like to ensure that those who would like to, have the opportunity to provide input into the Recommendations being undertaken as part of this work.

To enable streamlined input into the Program, an Advisory Group is being established which will comprise stakeholders from across all areas of the University who have nominated to contribute their expertise and interest in one or more of the Transforming Culture Recommendations. The Advisory Group will be called upon on an as-needs basis when consultation is required on Program work across all Recommendations.

We are calling for an EOI to participate on the Advisory Group for any of the recommendation projects.

Please refer to this spreadsheet that lists the 20 Recommendations (2 have been recently closed). You can nominate any projects they you have a particular interest in, noting you are likely to be invited to other opportunities for consultation across the Program. More information on each of the projects can be found on the Transforming Culture webpage (refer the KPMG report Recommendations) or blog updates accessed from this site. Nominations or any queries can be sent directly to Rebecca Williams in the Transforming Culture team (rebecca.williams@adelaide.edu.au).
